From Above

Verse 1:
Looking down I can see everything
Even the tiny grains of sand
Each one of you means the world to me
You could never understand

Prechorus:
And when you’ve lost your way
Just remember
Just remember

Chorus:
I can see you, don’t be afraid
I will not let go of you
I can see you, don’t be afraid
I will not let go of you
And after all is done
I’ll be looking down, from above

Verse 2:
It hurts me when I see you suffer
The pain you must be going through
One day I’ll change everything
I conquered death to be with you

It’s easy to feel like God has forgotten about you and that He doesn’t care about the details of your life. But that is the exact opposite of how God feels about you. He cares about all of His creations, especially mankind because He created us in His own image. God sees everything and He knows what we are going through. In the Old Testament, God blessed Samson with great strength. Because of his pride, God took away his strength and allowed him to be imprisoned. During his captivity, Samson was tortured and even had his eyes gouged out. It would have been easy for him to feel alone and abandoned by God. But God was still with him and used Samson for one final victory against the Philistines. If you feel like you’ve been abandoned, just remember that God is always with you and nothing is too small for Him to care about.

“Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s will. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.” Matthew 10:29-31
